Creating extraction reports to obtain csv files for use in Origin Reports

You will need your data in a custom CSV file to use Origin Reports. To obtain the needed CSV file, you will need to create an extraction report in your manuscript handling system. Please click on one of the links below to view the appropriate instructions, or view one of our instructional videos, which will guide you through creating your extraction report. It takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes to write an extraction report, depending on your previous experience with writing these types of reports.

You will only need to create these extraction reports once. In the future, you can simply run the report to quickly create an updated CSV data file.
