You can change the color of a chart element by clicking on it using the left mouse button. This will open up a color pallet that will allow you to select a set color.
You can also click on Custom Colors to find the exact color you would like.
You can select colors by segment name (e.g., research articles, South America, 2019, etc), by using the Format Chart menu. Once in this menu, open the Colors section. Data Series Colors allows you to select a specific color for each element for two variable charts or by segment for three variable charts. You can also choose to use one of the color coordinated pallettes, which will change all segments at once.
The color of the chart background can also be changed in the Graph Background Color section.
